If I had my druthers…
…this would be our village…
…and this would be the road to our house…
…and our new friends would come to call…
…and there would be a little barn on the property filled with these…
…and at night we would warm ourselves by this…
…and each morning I’d feel so rested and hopeful that I’d go outside and do this…
…but that’s only if I had my druthers…

What a wonderful way to start the day. It is raining here and has been on and off for about 5 days. It makes our area so beautiful and we need it. I woke up with a sore throat so put vicks on the bottom of my feet and put my socks on and am praying it will do what it has done in the past – knock the cold right out of my system.
