I was to be on my way to bed…but it has been too long since I’ve taken a quiet moment to sit and enjoy your blog – now I can go to bed grinning thinking about your trip here to Washington with Denel!! I will certainly be praying about your knee lots more… I really hope that God will help you get it back to working wonderfully and pain free!

I LOVE Dirt Cake!!! Please have a bite (with a worm) for me!! Happy Birthday to Lil’ Gleegirl! I too will be praying for the surgery. My mom had hers done much later in life than you are Julie and she wished she had done it earlier; would have saved her many years of pain. The biggest thing to remember is you must exercise regularly and use it. Please keep me posted. See what Denel thinks about a Lupi-Soo-Boo convention! You will so enjoy your trip. Please tell her I said hello.

What a wonderful trip you have planned – soooo envious!!! I hope that your knee surgery will go well and that you will get the spring back into your step. Doctors are very clever with these things! My 86 year old mother got a new knee about 6 years ago and was rushing around incredibly quickly afterwards and it’s been absolutely marvelous!
