Your above blog expressed the Father’s heart and through the difficult journey you walked out this week, the wait has produced a new strength and footing in you, my Jewel…. And in many of us….
I rejoice with you!!!!!!!

I appreciate this perspective producing piece. I am using losses in others’ lives as a way to pray for them. There is certainly no lack of things to pray for in that realm.

I hate it that your wallet was stolen, but grateful it prompted such a good post.

Thank you for praying, Linda. And you truly do understand, and have the Lord’s perspective on these things. Such a blessing to read. I love your last sentences… The struggle is real, yes, and so is Jesus! That needs to be a bumper sticker or something. Love you Linda… xoxo

So sorry to hear about your wallet being stolen….it is a jolt to our emotions when something so personal is taken from us. Long ago I had a purse stolen…& amazingly I did get my purse back with just the wallet inside…empty of money & credit cards but the contents were there. I like to think the person who took it got convicted enough to leave my bag somewhere where someone could find it ..which is what happened . So yes, I will pray and believe with you that you will see your bag & contents returned! Two years ago my house was robbed.. The only thing that was stolen was all “my” jewelry. I say “only” because I know so much worse could’ve happened and like you this sent me into a spiral of prayer and searching my soul for all those things I think are important in my life …which really are just “things”. But I did grieve the loss of some of those items stolen as they were sentimental treasures collected over many years that I had hoped to one day give to my daughter and granddaughters. I still pray for the person who took those items because the void in their life must be terrible to have to violate others personal belongings to satisfy their needs… As my 16 year old granddaughter reminds me these days :”The struggle is real Grandmom!”…yes…& so is Jesus!! XO
