I love to make rhubarb pies. When we were kids, we would eat the rhubarb raw – my mother saying, it is going to kill you. Thank God it didn’t. We use to eat our green apples before they were ripe. How very fortunate we were – no money but lots of natural stuff on our 3 acres in the country.
