Our little grandsons are growing away so quickly and Finley (11) will be starting senior school in September. However, I’m enjoying the deeper discussions we’re having regarding what he’s learning in school. And he does chat to me when we do things like gardening together. His sense of humour is developing into a more mature form and we can laugh together at the ironies in life.
Sam (9) still retains a little of that little-boy cuteness which is so adorable!
I’m so thrilled that our Louisa is expecting her first baby in December. She’s coming home with Steve this weekend and I can’t wait to hug my daughter with her nicely rounded tummy!! I’m glad I kept the lovely childrens’ books that I read to Fin & Sam when they were small! I feel so blessed to be starting over with little grandchildren again!! xx
