Mine is similar (I even have the adjustable bed!). My day usually begins a little later (530-6), but sometimes I am awakened earlier. I am usually joined in bed by my son’s Great Dane, who lies across or between my legs after he leaves for work.

I had never heard this song before. It’s definitely promotes a calm and peaceful mood. I spend so much time reading when I am home that I don’t usually have music on. That’s typically reserved for being in the car. I might have to add some instrumental-only music to my day.
