In reply to Sue Raimo. Oh Sue, it's the best recipe for macaroni and cheese ever. My whole family likes it, even the grandkids. It consists of green spinach noodles and cottage cheese stirred together and baked (with a couple of other ingreds too), with a little bit of mozzarella melted at the end. If you want the recipe I'll give it to you. :)
