Pat, you and Kay are having similar issues with your dear pets! That Jasper….he needs to straighten up and fly right. I still want to meet Cosette. 🙂

What a beautiful one (though pictures never doe them justice)! Poor Edith and Millie – I wish they didn’t have to wear their bark collars. Barking I can handle – at least they’re not pooping and peeing everywhere like Jasper is! I’ve been blaming Cosette and discovered that the culprit was Jasper. I think he’s regressing out of rebellion (Cosette has his nose out of joint for sure).

Oh that must be so hard with a beloved pet, Kay. There must be an answer for Mario. Yes, the bark collars are working, but you should see Edith and Millie when I call them to come to me so we put the collars on their necks before it’s time to go outside. They give a new meaning to the word “slink.”

Lord, I ask for your help and insight for poor Mario and his family!

Those little girls must love you a lot! Your diligence was certainly rewarded with that lovely view. And I loved that quote from Jeanette Walls.
Are the bark collars working?
We are having big, big problems with our cat. Mario is being very dirty and lazy inside the house. We have had him checked out at the vets’ and have tried all sorts of options (litter boxes, feline pheromone diffusers, etc.). We are considering keeping him as an ‘outdoors only’ cat, but it makes my heart bleed to see him looking in at us with an uncomprehending, sad look in his eyes.
We really don’t know what to do and the vets/internet/friends are of no practical help. 🙁
