That was so interesting to read.
Although, as you say, you’ve touched upon events in your life story at various times, I don’t recall ever reading such a full, clear account of consecutive unfolding like that. Thank you!

What a wonderful story. I am always in awe how God puts things together and people in our path that changes our lives. My mother also met my father in WW2 when she responded to another soldiers request for letters from people. He got so many he handed extra letters to other soldiers. My father happened to be from same area as my mother so it ended up in his hands. God is a wonderful matchmaker.

oh what a beautiful post to start the year with. It brought tears to my eyes – what a story you have!
Wishing you a wonderful year ahead with all those lovely grandchildren! I’m very envious – you are 6 years older than me and I have three children and absolutely no sign of any grandchildren! One day, maybe, if I am lucky…and if not, then that is OK too!
