To me Fall is not death but rather a time of preparation for renewal, a time to prepare to begin anew. It is a time when the sap of life leaves the upper growths and returns to their roots. It is a time that shows what once was is no more.

Fall is a time of nature going to sleep, like the year of Liberty in Israel, being set free from the strains of continual growing, except this is measured in months instead of years.

Fall is the showing of the last Hurray of His creation of the year.

It reflects the glory of all that He is in the many burst of color and is always a reminder of what is yet to come.
