Being a person that always makes trips to the Goodwill cause if I do not
wear something for two years, out it goes. On the other hand I do
wear out clothes that I like. Invariably, after giving away stuff, I
inherit stuff. It truly is amazing how God provides. When I read
today’s reading of Jesus Calling, the message was not to clutter
my mind and keep my focus on Him. Very, very good advise.

What a nice way to look at it, Helen…pleasure that doesn’t cost anything! I like that. I live with a hoarder too – except it’s a Foster resident and not my husband. :/

Not pathetic at all – I feel exactly the same way when I manage to sneak things out of the house without my hoarder husband noticing. It makes you feel kind of lighter und enencumbered, doesn’t it!…..and even better, it’s pleasure that doesn’t cost anything!!
