Shari — it was so good to see your words. I appreciate knowing what helps you. The only trigger I knew of was moving huge and heavy furniture right before it happened. But I will be paying attention. I’ve been wanting to peek in at your blog for weeks…sorry it’s been awhile since I’ve said “Hello”! Saw this posted and wanted to share with you that I’ve had “Ocular Migraines” since my early twenties. Yep…sure looks like the picture you posted! I have gotten migraines more frequently as I’ve gotten older – and have kept them at bay by staying hydrated, rested and not eating too much sugar, and foods with nitrates.
