That was such a great idea and how darling they look perched on those chairs! Your tree is also incredibly beautiful next to your fireplace (and I love the mantel). Can I come live with you?

I look forward to this time of year as it reminds me that it is time to renew my heart for HIM once again, it is a time of reminding me of the follies of the past and the Heaven of the future. It is time to once again regain any focus I might have lost or forgotten or just got lazy on. It is a time to give thanks for all the things I sometimes don’t – like my car starting with His love, my house heat being provided by Him, The roof over my head that He has so lovingly provided, The eyes that I can see His creation with, the touch of things not always understood yet blessed by Him, the many wonders of the woods in the winter with all the designs among the branches that only He could design, the little feathered friends outside living proof that He provides in all weathers of life, the morning frost on the grass that during winter only His breath can warm, the air I can breathe, and the life it gives, His blessings are so many it would take a lifetime to explain or express. This is the time of year for remembrance and giving of love and forgiveness and yes blessings untold. He has blessed me with another year with my family, and with my church, He is the I AM in my life.

Do I see the lovely Yarnista in the photo on the center shelf in the bottom picture, looking very vampy in her long blonde hair and her red lips! All of you girls are stunning…..
