John attends a silent retreat each year - usually in November - at Demontreville Retreat Center. He has been going each year for approx. 30 years and it is always a highlight of his year. At first, I thought the silence would be "deafening" to me...but the older I get, it is more and more appealing. Enjoy your precious time with God there, dear friend.
