Edition 26-Wednesday’s Word

December 2, 2009 | My Jottings

Nearly all marriages, even happy ones, are mistakes: in the sense that almost certainly (in a more perfect world, or even with a little more care in this very imperfect one) both partners might be found more suitable mates.

But the real soul-mate is the one you are actually married to.

Great piece, Julie . . you’re a good writer, and I love reading your jottings. In this piece, you look absolutely beautiful! I see a lot of your mother in you . . and what a terrific find in your little cabin by the big ‘n bigger Lake!! I truly wish Tauni could visit you more often and go there; I think it would be a healing place for her. Abundant blessings for you & yours, Girl! Enjoy a wonder-filled and very happy Christmas, and an abundantly blessed 2010! Later, later, Baby Girl!! hugs ‘n smoochies . . AM
