Next time you are in Bayfield, you must eat at Wild Rice. It is the GREATEST place in the world. You would appreciate the architecture too, for it was designed by a Duluthian. Check it out. From the photo they look like my Nana's favorite flower, she called them little ballerinas. When I was a little girl I used to pick them off her plants and thought they would make beautiful earrings! Altho, instead of antiquing (which is my thing as well as the books) we would have to include a motorcycle ride for my hunny ~ and a trip to the nearest Harley Davidson store!!! Not sure if Bayfield or Madeline Island may have had one of those ~ BTW ~ I am getting really excited about my visit!!
